it is back to the indoor trainer again! Most bikers will tell you that indoor training can be akin to having as much fun as getting your leg hairs pulled one at a time. The inevitable switch to indoor training has meant less time on a bike for me. I have decided to ease back on hrs on a bike for the near term in an attempt to clear the head and not get too burned out on this riding thing for now.
The plan is to try to maintain some level of base fitness so when it comes time to ramp up, the body won't revolt too much. It is a good time to switch up the training a little and incorporate some other activities for the time being. I suppose there is always a chance of a random warm weekend but given the recent temps and snowfall chances are probably slim to none, with slim being out to lunch - hence the recent obsession with the phattie snow bikes!
speaking of, the parts should start to flow in this week so it will be fun to open up what Brown Can Do for me...actually it will probably be a combination of Brown and the USPS bringing the goods...Bring it! ohh yeah...
